Each Leinahenahe piece is handcrafted and made to order with care. Because of the made-to-order nature of our jewelry, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If There Is an Issue With Your Piece

We want you to feel confident in the piece you receive. If you believe your jewelry has arrived damaged or has a craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When reaching out, please include your order information and photos of the issue so we can review it and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Please note that the natural materials used throughout our designs may vary slightly in shape, size, color, texture, and pattern. These natural variations are part of what makes each Leinahenahe piece unique and are not considered defects.
