Shipping Policy

Made to Order

Each Leinahenahe piece is handcrafted and made to order with care. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your jewelry to be created before shipping.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Once your piece has been completed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping

Complimentary shipping for orders $250 and more.

A flat $8 shipping fee is applied at checkout.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please Review Your Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly update the address if your package has not yet shipped. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are unable to change its delivery address.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery and tracking are handled by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows a delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. If you need information from us to assist with a carrier claim, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier before contacting us.

Damaged Orders

If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact Leinahenahe Designs within 7 days of delivery with your order information and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
